Have craft, will travel
i really want to do some craft shows this spring. there are NONE in our area that are well attended...i know, because i've done a few and lost money.
does anyone have any suggestions? i'll travel, but as long as i can stay with you. i'd be happy to pay for my room and board with some cute, embroidered baby things. :)
sorry, ang, i'm not driving THAT far. shandra, i looked into some in old town spring and the booth rent was $400-$600!!! so, that was out. :)

well, since i got a shout-out i guess i won't suggest here. i don't even know of any places up here. but if you find something you are welcome to stay here. what about shreveport? sometimes the civic centers have something.
Really no craft shows in the Spring? I guess everyone gets crafted out in the fall! Let me know if you find one and I will go see you there!

i was just about to say - well, come to nc and alas, i read the next paragraph. :)
i think parkview and maybe broadmoor in baton rouge have them, according to joel. i could check with debbie because i'm not sure what time of year they are held.
there are many in ks, however, i'm guessing since you won't go to nc you probably won't come to ks either... although you're welcome anytime:)
between us & the henkels you have a place to stay for northeast LA festivals. i'm sure rachel won't mind me volunteering her house :)
oklahoma is pretty crafty :) it may be too far as well but here's a few links of things happening soon and in the fall. the baby expo is being put on by the hospital that i work at. it's going to be like a bridal fair ... but for all things baby.

Anyway, We have several here that are good like Junior Leage Spring Market but it is this weekend.
I know you have Rachel and Aubrey but we have an extra room if you ever need to stay here.
