SOLD!
we officially have a contract on our house!!! we got an offer today, countered with a couple of details, and they accepted!! whoo-hoooo! i'm so happy about it all, but high on my list is not having to keep the house eat-off-the-floor clean 24 hours a day! :) we are under a little bit of pressure though; they want to close two days after my due date. i sure hope the next tiny "e" is a tad early!
also, dan is nearly finished with the kitchen, and it looks great!
